Waldorf Salad is a healthy, easy and quick (45) minute, total time recipe. Ingredients include: Celery, apples, dried cranberries and walnuts with a dressing made with; mayonnaise, yogurt and lemon juice. Just throw everything together and chill in refrigerator for (30) minutes. This is a recipe for (2) servings, if you need more than (2) servings you could just easily double or triple the ingredients. This may be a great option for your Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter sides. It is also a low calories, low fat, low carbohydrates, low sodium, low cholesterol, low sugars, Weight Watchers (5 SmartPoints), (4 PointsPlus), diabetic-friendly and heart-healthy recipe.  Waldorf Salad will be loved by all of your family, friends and guests.

Prep Time: 15 Minutes.
Total Time: 45 Minutes.

Dressing Ingredients:

1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
2 packets no calorie sweetener
1 tsp lemon juice
1 pinch nutmeg

Salad Ingredients:

1 cup chopped apples
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 Tbsp chopped dried cranberries
1 Tbsp chopped walnuts


1. Add all dressing ingredients to a large bowl and whisk together.

2. Add in the salad ingredients and toss with dressing. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Yield: 2 Servings
Serving Size: 3/4 cup per serving.
