Nonstick cooking spray
2/3 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup  white whole wheat flour or whole wheat flour
1/4 cup  pecans, toasted & ground
1 (8 oz) bar Neufchatel cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp butter, softened2 tbsp packed brown sugar,

1 tsp finely shredded orange peel
1/4 tsp baking soda

1/3 cup light sour cream

2 tbsp low-sugar orange marmalade

2 medium size red cooking apples, cored and very thinly sliced crosswise
