1 cup ice cubes
1 large ripe mango, peeled and chopped

Strawberry-Orange Smoothies is an easy, quick and healthy recipe for a delicious smoothie. A healthy and quick breakfast or anytime. It’s a NO-Fat, No-Cholesterol, Low Sodium, Weight Watchers (2) PointsPlus+ recipe. Strawberry-Orange Smoothies; Makes 5 servings.

Ingredients:

3 cups frozen strawberries, unsweetenedstrawberry-orange-smoothies
2/3 cup no-calorie sweetener, granulated
1 1/4 cups calcium fortified orange juice
1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup ice cubes

Directions:

Add all ingredients to blender. Blender will be full. Mix on low speed for 10 seconds. Remove lid, stir with wooden spoon. Mix on medium speed for 15 to 20 seconds, remove lid and stir again. Mix on high speed for 15 to 20 seconds or until smooth. Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
