Non-Stick cooking spray
1 cup  cholesterol-free egg product
1 English muffin, split, toasted
1 slice 2% cheddar cheese singles
1 slice cooked turkey bacon, cut in half
Miracle Whip Light, optional

Directions:

1. Cook egg product in skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium heat 3 minutes or until set, stirring occasionally.

2. Fill muffin halves with egg, cheese and bacon.

Optional: If desired spread top half of muffin with Miracle Whip Light.

Yield: 1 Sandwich
