Easy Mixed-Berry Dessert is a delicious and healthy, low calories, low fat (2g), low cholesterol, low sodium, low carbohydrates and WeightWatchers (3) PointsPlus+ per serving recipe. Requires no cooking. Makes 12 servings. Easy Mixed-Berry Dessert will be loved by family and guests alike.


1 (3 oz) pkg. ladyfingers, split
2 cups cold skim milk
2 (4 serving size) boxes fat-free, sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz) tub fat free frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup blackberries or blueberries
1 cup red raspberries


1. Line bottom and side of a 2 quart serving bowl with ladyfingers.

2. Pour milk into a large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping. Spoon into prepared bowl. Using back of spoon, spread pudding mixture to form a depression in center. Mix berries with remaining whipped topping. Spoon into center of pudding mixture.

3. Refrigerate 3 hours or until ready to serve. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

Yield: 12 Servings.
Serving Size: 1/12 of recipe.
