1/2 cup cup refrigerated or frozen egg product, thawed
1/3 cup cup snipped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
(1 lb) 95% lean ground beef
(8 oz) 85% lean ground beef
1/2 cup low-sugar ketchup
2 Tbsp low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp crumbled low-fat feta cheese (optional)
