Quick Turkey Meatloaf is a delicious meatloaf which is covered with a tangy glaze. It takes only about (15) minutes to prepare and (1) Hour total recipe time. Ingredients Include: Lean ground turkey, oats, bread crumbs, ketchup, onions and is well-seasoned. This is also a low calories, low fat, low carbohydrates, low sugars, diabetic-friendly and Weight Watchers (5 SmartPoints), (5 PointsPlus) recipe. Makes: (6) servings. Quick Turkey Meatloaf will be loved by all of your family, friends and guests.

Prep Time: 15 Minutes.
Cooking Time: 45-50 Minutes.



(1 lb) 73%-lean ground turkey
1/2 cup finely-chopped onion
1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
2 Tbsp ketchup
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 Tbsp granulated no-calorie sweetener


1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/ tsp poultry seasoning
1 Tbsp granulated no-calorie sweetener


1. Prehheat oven to 350° F.

2. Combine all meatloaf ingredients in a medium-size bowl. Mix well and pat into a 4×5 inch loaf pan, making sure there are no air gaps.

3. Mix all glaze ingredients together in a small bowl and cover the meatloaf.

4. Place in oven and bake 45-50 minutes or until done.

Yield: (6) servings.
Serving Size: 1/6 of meatloaf.
