Quick Guacamole Appetizer is a delicious, creamy and spicy recipe which takes only (25) minutes total time. It is made from all fresh ingredients and no cooking. Suggestion: Use for large gatherings for holidays, events and TV-game gatherings. Ingredients Include: Avocados, onion, lime juice, jalapeno pepper, tomatoes and sour cream. It is well-seasoned with salt, black pepper and served with tortilla chips. This is also a healthy, low calories, low fat, low cholesterol, low sodium, low sugars, low carbohydrates, heart-healthy, diabetic-friendly and Weight Watchers (3 PointsPlus), (5 SmartPoints) recipe. 2 Avocadoes
1/2 of a medium-size onion, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, ends trimmed,
halved lengthwise, seeded, chopped

8 cherry tomatoes, stemmed, halved, chopped
Freshly squeezed lime juice from 1 lime.
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Salt & ground black pepper, to taste.
Tortilla chips.


1. Cut avocados in half by inserting a knife at tip end of avocado and cut lengthways to opposite end.
Then turn avocado over to other side and repeat until it is sliced through to the pit. Seperate into 2 halves. Remove pit and discard.

2. Use a spoon to scoop out the fruit, tracing along the inner skin of the avocado.

3. Place avocado and all other ingredients in a mixing bowl and smash with a fork to desired consistency.

4. Add salt and pepper to taste; blend in well. Serve with tortilla chips.

Yield: 8 servings.
Serving Size: 1 cup dip per serving.
