Hot Spiced Cider is a delicious recipe that will fill your home with a wonderful aroma as it cooks. Ingredients Include: Apple cider, orange juice, cloves, cinnamon, allspice, lemon extract and orange extract. It takes only (5) minutes to assemble and (30) minutes to cook. May be served hot or cold. It will work as a great option for Christmas, Thanksgiving and any holiday or event. This is also a healthy, low calories, low fat, low cholesterol, low sodium, low carbohydrates, heart-healthy and Weight Watchers (3 PointsPlus) recipe. Makes: (16) servings. Hot Spiced Cider will be loved by all of your family, friends and guesthot-spiced-ciders.

Prep Time: 5 Minutes.
Cooking Time: 30 Minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

1 gal apple cider
1 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp pure orange extract
1/2 tsp pure lemon extract
2 tsp whole cloves
4 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp whole allspice

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix all ingredients in a 6 to 8 quart sauce pot. Cook over low heat 30 minutes or until hot. Remove whole spices before serving.

2. Serve warm, or refrigerate to serve cold.

YIELD: 16 Servings.
