Baked Honey-Ham is an easy recipe for a delicious ,oven-baked, honey and orange glazed ham. It will become your go-to recipe for your Easter, Christmas and/or New Year’s Day holidays when feeding a large gathering. Once served, guests will be requesting this recipe often. It takes only (15) minutes to prepare the glaze which includes honey, orange zest, cinnamon and cloves. It makes (24) servings. 1 (8 lb) fully-cooked boneless ham
1 cup honey
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 Tbsp orange zest
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1. Preheat oven to 325° F.
2. Stir the honey, broth, orange zest, cinnamon and cloves together in a small bowl.
3. Place the ham into a roasting pan. Bake for 1-1/2 hours or until ham is hot; basting often with honey mixture during last 45 minutes of the baking time.
