It is also a low calories, low fat, low cholesterol, low sodium, low sugars, low carbohydrates, heart-healthy, diabetic-friendly, vegetarian and Weight Watchers (1 SmartPoints), (1 PointsPlus) recipe. 1 (16 oz) can refried beans
1 tbsp taco seasoning mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup thick & chunky-style salsa
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup finely-shredded Mexican four-cheese blend
4 green onions, sliced
2 tbsp sliced black olives


1. Mix refried beans and seasoning mix together until blended; spread onto bottom of a pie plate.

2. Top with layers of remaining ingredients.

3. Refrigerate several hours before serving. Serve with baked tortilla chips or your favorite crackers.

Optional: This delicious recipe can be refrigerated up to 2 days before serving.

Yield: 48 Servings.
