Healthy Banana-Nut Bread is an easy and delicious recipe for a super moist banana bread that is sure to become the ONLY banana bread recipe in your recipe box. Prep Time: 15 Minutes.
Cooking Time: 1 Hour.

INGREDIENTS:

Non-Stick cooking spray
1 egg
1/2 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1-1/3 cups mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
1-1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 350º F.

2. Beat together the egg, salad dressing and bananas in a large bowl with whisk until blended. Mix in remaining ingredients. Add to banana mixture; stir just until moistened.

3. Pour into a 9″x5″ loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.

4. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely.

YIELD: 16 Servings.
Serving Size: 1 Slice (1/2 inch thick) per serving.
