Banana Cream Pie is an easy and delicious No-Cooking recipe for a fabulous pie. Made with fat-free, sugar free pudding mix and skim milk in a low-fat graham cracker crust. It is also a low fat, low calories low sodium, low carbohydrates, low cholesterol, heart-healthy and Weight Watchers (5 PointsPlus), (8 SmartPoints) recipe. Makes: (8) servings and takes only 15 minutes to prepare. Banana Cream Pie will be loved by all of your family, frienbanana-cream-pieds and guests.

Prep Time: 15 Minutes.
Total Time: 3 Hours-15 Minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

2  medium size ripe bananas, sliced
1 ready-to-use reduced-fat graham
cracker crumb crust (6 oz)

2-1/2 cups cold skim milk
2 (4 serving size) boxes fat-free, sugar-free
vanilla instant pudding mix

2 cups thawed fat-free whipped topping
(such as “Cool Whip Free”), divided

DIRECTIONS:

1. Place half of the banana slices on bottom of crust. Set remaining banana slices aside.

2. Pour milk into a large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping. Spoon half of the pudding mixture into crust. Top with remaining banana slices; cover with remaining pudding mixture.

3. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Serve topped with the remaining 1 cup whipped topping. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.

Yield:  8 Servings.
