Mock Strawberry Margaritas is an easy and delicious recipe for a refreshing beverage. This could be a nice option for your Christmas and New Year’s Day gatherings. Ingredients include: Orange juice, lime juice and a strawberry-kiwi drink mix. All the flavor without the alcohol. It is also a healthy, low calories, low fat, low cholesterol, low sodium, low carbohydrates, low sugars, heart-healthy, diabetic-friendly and Weight Watchers (1 PointsPlus), (1 SmartPoints) recipe. Makes: 6 servings. Mock Strawberry Margaritas will be loved by all of your family, friends and guests.

Prep Time: 5 Minutes.
Total Time: 5 Minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

1-1/2 cups cold water
1 cup cold orange juice
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 pkt (makes 2 qt drink),
or 2 pkt. (makes 1 qt drink each Crystal Light Strawberry-Kiwi Flavor Drink Mix)*

4 cups ice cubes

DIRECTIONS:

1. Place water, orange juice, lime juice and drink mix in a blender container; cover. Blend until drink mix is dissolved.

2. Add ice; cover. Blend on HIGH until smooth.

TIP: (Optional)
For an eye-catching presentation garnish each glass with a strawberry fan. To make each fan, cut 4 lengthwise cuts from point end of strawberry almost to the stem end. Fan the strawberry open at cuts and slide over edge of glass.

*NOTE: Crystal Light Packets come in two sizes. Please note packet size before preparing recipe.
